Hiya all,

After a bit of help please.... got my clubcard vouchers today with the extra few coupons at the bottom of the statement. I asked for online versions but these look like the ones you scan in the shop with a bar code and a "99" on the code - can they be used online or have they sent me the wrong ones?

Also was expecting a lot more points what with spending on my Tesco credit card and banking the wonderful codes on here etc but as far as I can see there is no way to check up is there? Has anyone else ever noticed them getting it wrong?

a question from codes - although there is nowhere on the DVD signup to input code (as far as i know) you def still get points. i did anyway!!

quick question, and I'm sure it has been answered before in this thread, but at nigh on 40 pages, a yes or no i would gladly take...

I was expecting a tesco delivery today. Never heard the delivery come and the only time he might have come when I couldn't hear the door was when I was changing the little ones nappy.

I go downstairs and there's a card through the door. I used the £15 off £50 voucher. Now if I go back to rebook the order, the code is gone off of my account. Is there any way to replicate the order with the discount?

I think they usually bring it the next day when this happens as it happened to my daughter. They didnt charge her for the delivery twice either. Just tell them you were in all day and he couldnt have knocked hard enough or something

Just tried to use my ecoupons (the extra points ones) from my statement. It won't let me use any of them, this happened the last few times I received a statement.

I phoned Tesco, they said that it is connected to a telephone account....what?? I never phone them to place an order, I have three card numbers all linked together, I log on to tesco with one email address and password. Where on earth has this other account come from??

He said he will cancel the other account, which should solve the problem, he took alot of persuading to add my 220 points manually!

I know they have 50% off online at the moment but some clubcard points would be good too
