Just ordered for the first time on Tesco Direct. I ordered a Vax bagless vacuum, price £49.97, P&P £4.85 =£54.82, I used the following codes found posted on the forum boards,
TDX-HWCH1......500 POINTS
TDX-BRCT5......£5 of £10 spend
TDX-5DD40......£5 of £40 spend
Total price to pay £44.82, points awarded 652.
The same vacuum in Argos is £69.99, i am really pleased with my bargain. I did try another code posted on the boards but that one wouldn't work.0 -
Hi I have just joined the chat forum... HELLO!!
My family and I are going to Disney next March we have already booked flights and accom. Does anybody know of a way we can use our Tesco vouchers to save us money on the attraction tickets? I have checked with Cosmos and Virgin who appear on the Tesco clubcard site but attraction tickets are classed as additional extras which the tokens cannot be used for... Any ideas appreciated0 -

hope somebody can help did three orders for the 500 points on thursday
accepted ok. Friday wanted a phone on the deal of the day so set up a new
account using a spare club card. ordered rejected because of my bank card
says no funds (which is wrong) used a cc with on line royal bank scotland
check passed that but again ordered rejected.
yesterday used my normal account no discount codes debit card with funds
in and again order rejected. Don't want to ring tesco since I will be drawing
they attention to the codes and me having three accounts. Has this happened to anybody else. Somebody says its to do with ip addresses
please help I need to know if I am blacked from0 -

Mmm, not sure how things work with additional accounts as I only have the one- I've never managed to get my head around having multiple ones :rotfl:
Was just thinking about the IP issue though- could you try putting the order through on a friend's computer as that would have a different one

I wonder if they've picked up on three orders going through separately to the same address and put some kind of hold on them?

Well tesco have now lost me can't figure this one out

If you can log on and track past orders then your account hasn't been lost, I'm only guessing but it seems possible that they've put a stop on you placing more orders. Only thing that seems likely for this is that the same codes have been put through from the same address but I don't have any experience of this so don't know if they really have a problem with it?
Lots of people here do the same thing with food shopping codes and don't seem to have any issues with it.
Not very helpful am I?!! Don't know what to suggest, hopefully someone who's had the same problem will swoop in in a minute and talk more sense!0 -
It's a security thing with Tesco Direct.More than 3 attempts in 24 hrs and you are locked out from the site,somewhere between 14-28 days.
Not sure if it goes by address,ip address or both,but it's worth trying another PC.
Do 2 orders to be on the safe side,leave it a full 24 hours and there should not be any problems.
