My points balance has just decreased by 1000 points any idea why.

Are tesco clamping down on codes ? Twice i have done an online order and had codes accepted ,but when my shopping has been delivered these codes have been refused on the sheet you get .

Hi there, this happenend to me today.

Received my original lot last week, 1 lot for hotel and 1 lot for resturant.
Then, today recieved same lot again, said I had requested them.

Ive just downloaded that program from the pts website that checks all the clubcard account balances.

It will save me loads of time checking through all my seven accounts and is definitely worth paying a fiver for!

Trubster, so are you saying that now the points wont be added when the final price is less than £50 ??? The last time I put an order in (about two weeks ago) I got the points for a £32 total after bogofs deducted. Has it changed in the last two weeks??

I had an order with the extra 1000 points last night, it came to £53.06 but that included the £4.99 delivery charge so it was under £50 after bogofs etc. Still got the points though.

If you are talking about money off codes, I think I remember another poster saying they used a £7 off a £70 shop code, which was accepted at time of ordering, but did not show on delivery note. The person rang CS who told them it had been taken off as they had not been sent the code.:eek:

I did this last night and, although still tweaking it, I can 100% recommend it. Saves you going in and out of each account every time you want to check your balances.
