hi all, i hate paying 5.99 for delivery, i always pay 3.99 on a tues 9-11 am my dearest charge is 5.99 and i am about 5 miles away from my big tesco store so 3.99 isnt bad for me

i been told not to place more thsn 3 orders in a week and i wouldnt phone up about vouchers as it will draw attention to you

Do you think when they look on their system it does bring up all the accounts???? Or just the clubcard number???

I think it just depends on the store and the type of people that are running the dot com side of it. In my local store it seems to be all the young lads that do the dot com orders and deliveries. I've had three wine orders delivered for three different accounts all at the same time. They looked at me as if im stupid for paying the delivery charge three times so i was honest and showed them all the bonus points on the three receipts explaining why I was doing it that way.
The thing is that I'm always really courteous to them, I ALWAYS go out to the van and help them carry the stuff into the house, try and build a bit of rapport etc. My opinion is that if youre good with them then they'll be less likely to report you for having a suspiciously large account.
Look at it from their point of view, they've got 10 orders to drop off every hour say and they can do three of them on one doorstep, which means they are under less pressure for the rest of the hour and can take it just a little bit easier: that's what every employee wants surely!

Another thing to be aware of if you have a few acconts: the last thing you would want is a cs operator bringing up all your accounts at once on the screen. If you do have to ring customer services the first thing they usually ask is "Can i have your address" be ready to fire back with a quick response that will prevent them doing an address search I normally say "Ive got my customer number here shall I give you that"

Personally I wouldnt complain about the delivery charge because by making the contact it increases the risk of a cs operator spotting all the accounts to one name and address and flagging them as suspicious. If I lost all my points through squabbling over paying an extra pound or two for delivery then I would be very cross with myself.

I just do my usual fortynightly shop, as I can't afford to do much shopping.
£40 aweek for food
£80 a fortnight so that gets me loads of bogoff's and I do £100 shop and get £15 off code's
don't know how it work's out as this week I did that and it all came to £84 including delivery.
