Hi Anyone else had a glitch on their wine delivery. Using the codes posted on here (Thanks everyone) I ordered wine to be delivered today using the £15 off, 1000 points and because it was over £99 free delivery. My wine has just been delivered and they have charged me £116.28 less COUPONS £55.00 service charge (which I hasd to pay since they had reduced my bill so much £5. Total £66.28.
I've just checked my order online and it shows coupons of £20 plus 1000 points  Just hope I like the wine now. Cheers everyone

There is a glitch at the moment. The £15 codes appears to be taking off £50!! But you only find out if it has worked or not when you take delivery. Codes are being combined to give you the £15 off (which is taking off £50) and a 1500 points code. Check out www.paidtoshop.co.uk where there are a couple of threads explaining what's been happening. One starts something like, "xx bottles of wine for £5" and another "combining wine codes".

was charged the full amount for the wine delivery - so glitch seems to be that the delivery note has £50 off but in fact you are charged the full whack

    advice needed please..
do I have any comeback or am I too late? ordered a wine delivery only really wanted a box of white for my hubby but ended up getting two boxes which took my total over £50 so that i could use a free delivery and £15 off coupon so taking me down to £34 for both cases so not bad...when my wine was delivered though the white was out of stock and they only delivered the red case which i didn't really want anyway! also because it was only the one case it has taken me below the £50 so don't qualify for discount so had to pay £29 for the one case of 6 bottles...really gutted that I could have had the other case for £5 more! also the wine came with my grocery order so how can they justify charging for two different deliveries!? I asked the driver how i get charged twice for delivery and he said it's because the wine is delivered into the depo on a different truck or something just tried to fob me off really but I'm not happy...if i'd thought a bit quicker should have asked him to take the wine back but he was out of there before I could! just wondered has this happened to anyone else and if so can I do anything about it? could I return this wine to store to get a refund do you think or am I too late? box hasn't been opened and i still have my confirmation receipt on computer and on paper..hope someone can advise me...was my first wine shop...probably my last too!!
