esa question

Hi im on esa and just wondered what kind of improvements you need to report and how long you have to feel like you have improved for before you nofity them.if you do tell them will they send you another esa50 form you to see how much you have improved or will they just stop your esa

    It depends.
    If it's an improvement which is likely to be long-standing, and which means your description of your condition is no longer accurate - immediately.
    If you have a fluctuating condition, and you're feeling better - but within your normal range - as described on the ESA form - not yet.
    What they will do depends on your condition.
    If (for example) you had a cast taken off your leg, and find you can walk fine, and the doctors say go ahead, then it's likely to stop immediately.
    If you have a more complex condition where it's possible you may still be entitled to ESA, you are likely to get a review, if the decisionmaker decides that you're likely not to qualify for the (level of) benefit you're on.
