Im going throught the same thing right now. In fact I have 8 viewings in the next 2 days. It really is a case of location over the house. One thing we would have to lose for location is a garden. I dont know if I can do this with a one and a three year old. We found one house with everything and then found out it had structural problems of around 20k. We have never since seen anything we like. I know its heartbreaking and it really makes me ill. I cant wait for all this to be over yet I want to wait for a half decent house. I am looking in Stockport because of work but I am so desperate to move to my family town of Blackpool because I can get everything I want. Good Luck!

Must agree, we looked at a perfect house just recently in cardiff.
we were going to buy until we realised that "sheep shagging" wasnt a myth...

Oh in some areas it's a myth but in others it's quite a hit. It just depends on whether you're looking to buy in a red light district.

Anyway, I'm glad to hear that the sheep shaggers are doing a good job. It seems like we had a close shave there. :p (Or a close shear perhaps.)
