Got an E-Mail claiming to come from Ebay, wanting me to verify my account details, but I do no have an Ebay account.
I have discovered others who have had exactly the same E-Mail and I think I know the source of this fraudulent E-Mail
Now, what can I do to report this?

So, do I just forward it, without any explanation or do I 'attach' to an E-Mail giving an explanation and saying who I think did it!0

Hi Paul
as raptorman says, forward it to spoof@ebay.co.uk - you just need to say spoof mail? They do reply and will try to investigate. I try to report spoofs, the more people that do the better for everyone.

Defo ignore it or report it. My boyfriend had is ebay account hijacked and some f*** tried to sell expensive electrical items on his account. He may have inadvertently logged in via a dodgy email despite being careful re internet scams. He only found out when he got an email saying his login password had been changed?:idea:I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about:idea:0

I was sent one of these a while ago and as others have said I just forwarded it to spoof@ebay.co.uk and within a few days they replied confirming that it was indeed a fake and they were investigating it.
seems strange that they are investigating all these spoof e-mails but they still keep coming!
