I have opened an unpaid item case on Saturday (1 week after auction ended and no contact). What happens now, when I go into the case the only option for me is to close case can I do that now? Have had no response from buyer in the case either.

Make sure you close the case AFTER the full 4 days, one second before and you don't get your fees refunded!0
