Dodgy Ebay E-mail

Got an E-Mail claiming to come from Ebay, wanting me to verify my account details, but I do no have an Ebay account.

I have discovered others who have had exactly the same E-Mail and I think I know the source of this fraudulent E-Mail

Now, what can I do to report this?
