telephone number help please

I have had a letter from the fos stating that I have been successful in my claim against hsbc dated 22/07/2011 giving 10 weeks notice that hsbc must pay back the money etc etc.
it is now 11 weeks and I have heard nothing. I have contacted the fos and they say I should speak to hsbc. When I ring the hsbc on 08457 404404 I get the run around and have been given several telephone numbers including a number for Aviva who state that they have been having numerous calls about the same thing.
Does anyone have a contact name and telephone number for the hsbc department so I can chase up my payment

I have already tried these numbers but I get a call centre in India and keep getting back to Aviva insurance when I say it is about ppi.]
I have just spoken to the FOS and as it had been 7 days since they reported back to the hsbc they ae calling them again today and coming back to me
