Our local kwikfit is advertising a free MOT when you spend £99 on a service. My mot isn't due until september but the service would be due at the same time and was considering doing this deal but part of me can't help but be cynical thinking there's a catch?
Anyone know whether it's a good deal or not?

Depends what's included in the service. A guy in my street told me he had his car serviced each year costing £100 and all that was done was oil&filter and sparkplugs. I couldn't believe it. And the garage had fitted the wrong sparkplugs.
I always service my own cars.
And you might find a cheap MOT test somewhere aswell if you look hard enough.0 -
kwik fit= no!
Take your car to a good garage let them service and mot your car, it may be £30-£40 more but its well done. Also who’s to say crap-fit wont find £300 of unnecessary work for the mot, their reputation precedes itself.0
