These trials go on pattern matching of your details. Use a different card, different e-mail, and just slightly change your address, for example, Lincs instead of Lincolnshire, maybe even get the last letter of your postcode wrong. Contary to popular belief, the Royal Mail is actually pretty good and post will still get to you

I have noticed that if you change your details from numbers to words that helps, I used Thirty instead of 30 and it worked.
Hope this helps, or add an A on the end and it will be 30A0 -
Be Careful, you are likely to be charged when they find out - The T's and C's (below) clearly state single trial per household, and that they will automatically start charging for people that sign up for a free trial again.
Why not just try one of the other companies (or move house - LOL)

Subscription is only available to persons aged 18 or over. By subscribing, the subscriber confirms they are aged 18 or over.
The Free Trial is available to new subscribers only. Existing subscribers, or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial period with LOVEFiLM, or any LOVEFiLM-powered site are not eligible and will be billed normally for use of the service.
The Free Trial is available once to one member of a household. Subsequent Free Trials at the same address are not permitted.
The subscriber undertakes to treat the DVDs and their associated packaging with the utmost care at all times. Sainsbury's DVD rental reserves the right to debit the subscribers' card with the replacement cost of the DVD if it is returned in an unreasonable condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted). In this event, Sainsbury's DVD rental will give advance notice before debiting the subscriber's card.
Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time. Requests to terminate the subscription must be made via the Sainsbury's DVD rental web site. The subscriber must have returned all DVDs before termination is effective. Subject to no DVDs still being held by the subscriber, the termination will take effect immediately. Refunds will not be given for cancellations part-way through the billing period.
All DVDs remain the property of Sainsbury's DVD rental at all times. DVDs must not be resold or made available to hire by the subscriber.
The subscriber undertakes not to make any illegal copies of the DVDs.
Sainsbury's DVD rental cannot be held responsible for banking charges incurred due to membership payments failing on your account.
Sainsbury's DVD rental will not be held responsible by the subscriber for any delays, outside Sainsbury's DVD rental's control, which relate to the shipping or delivery of discs.
Sainsbury's DVD rental reserves the right, at any time, to cancel the subscription of any subscriber.
Occasionally DVDs are lost in the post. In this situation, Sainsbury's DVD rental will despatch a replacement. However, Sainsbury's DVD rental reserves the right to cancel the membership of a subscriber indefinitely if it becomes apparent that the postal service in the subscriber's area is too unreliable.
This Sainsbury's DVD rental website service is provided and managed on behalf of Sainsbury's by Online Rentals Limited (which is also known as Lovefilm or Lovefilm.com).
Any promotion code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, past or present.
