How much to replace misted glass units in my windows?

Please can someone advise .
I have two or three windows where some of the panes are misted up. Obvioucsly it is double glazing and some condensation has got between the panes.
I have been told that instead of replacing the whole window we can simply replace the actual glass and get them resealed.
How much, roughly, does it cost to have just the glass replaced in a typical sized window - lets say 2 foot by 18 inches?

the mother in law was going to pay £1200 for replacing 5 windows because they were misty. she was cold called. having found out about this we got her to stop the cheque. they were even going to charge her £50 a window for replacing the rubbers. i got a quotes of between 3-5 hundred for supply and fixing. don't get conned the glazing units are reasonably cheap i think its around £100 persquare metre.0

Do the glass parts tend to have set sizes? In other words are there standrad sizes or will my windows have "to be made" in some way?0
