  1. This prize draw is open to all customers aged 18 years and older, excluding Virgin Group employees and their immediate families. Entrants must be UK residents with a valid EU passport.
  2. The prize draw closing date is midnight on 28 December 2011 and the winner will be the first entry drawn randomly from all the entries. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  3. The draw will take place within one week of the competition close. The winner will be notified by post, telephone or email within two weeks of the closing date.
  4. The prize holiday must be booked by 5 February 2012 and the winner will be required to provide 3 choices of departure date in order of preference.
  5. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates, Virgin Holidays' standard terms and booking conditions, and is available for travel from 1 March – 14 December 2012.
  6. The prize includes return economy flights with Virgin Atlantic from London Heathrow, car rental and accommodation as detailed in the article on a room-only basis.
  7. Travel insurance, visa and parking fees will not be included and at the winner's own expense. The winner is responsible for making sure they are adequately insured and have the correct visa for travel to the US, or an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) under the Visa Waiver Program.
  8. The cost of travelling to and from London Heathrow airport, any meals and additional personal spending money are not included. The prize winner will be responsible for the payment of any additional items which are not included in the prize (for example hotel laundry, mini bar, room service, telephone calls etc).
  9. There is no cash or other alternative to this prize and it is non-changeable and non-transferable.
  10. The winner must hold a valid passport on the dates of travel. If you do not hold an EU passport you may require a visa.
  11. Flights cannot be upgraded and you cannot collect Flying Club miles with this fare.
  12. Once the booking is confirmed any changes to names, dates or the nature of the booking are not permitted.
