Paypal payment received query

Hi,

I sold an item, the buyer paid. All good so far.

When I log into paypal and bring up the transaction, it doesn't give me a verified address to post it to. The buyer has sent me her address in an email but I want to know where I stand if I post the item to her. I haven't seen a transaction like this before.

Contact your buyer to say you can only send to a verified PayPal address. Ask her to add the postal address to PayPal.

Once she has done that, you would refund her payment then re-invoice her, the new postal address on the invoice.

Sorry, forgot to say that whether you safely send to a non PayPal verified address depends on whether you're sending the item tracked or not.

If you're not sending tracked it doesn't matter anyway if its the paypal verified address or not as you won't have paypal protection. If its low value personally I'd just send it.

Forget verified, when you log into paypal and bring up the transaction is there an address at all shown in the 'OK to send to ' box at top?

In my paypal, I personally have an unverified address and thats only because the only way they can verify me is through my main bank account which I don't want to give!, And I now have 1105 positive feedback as a buyer, and I am unverified, as I pay through credit card! not bank card, and if that gets scammed i'm screwed, so I am not putting any bank details in at all!
