Seller not responding to emails

I purchased a laptop charger from ebay in March 2011, I think I went with this particular seller because they were advertising a 1 year warranty and UK stock aswell as having an excellent feedback (currently 99.8%).

The item is now falling apart after 6months and I only have low usage as I just use my laptop at home mainly for the internet.

I have twice emailed them and just receive an automated response that they will be in contact within 48hrs, this was last on 27th September.

This is a top rated seller based in China, looking like they have distribution in the UK.

Where do I go from here if anywhere ?
Born and bred in Manchester (proud of it)
Now living on the other side of the Pennines
