BISF Home Insurance

Can anyone recommend someone who offers B&C insurance on a BISF house? Also, how do you describe such a property when asked what construction it is!

Cheers :)

Steel framed I think would be the construction type.

Search for non standard construction Home Insurance.

Towergate brokers or a local brokers should be able to help.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

kwik fit, churchill and santander will insure.

I list as prefabricated non combustable and ask to note the steel frame.

Have found Kwik fit to be very competitive

thanks nirey, guessing you have a BISF property too? I went with nationwide in the end, they only describe a property in two types, standard build which is 75% brick or more or other...which is the category i fell into :) strangely churchill wouldnt recognise my house build?
