Get them to back up the offers with enhanced redundancy that matches the current payouts.
Any other rolls elsewhere in the company you could be looking at.
What do you think would hapen if you both refused the offers as not suitable alternatives.

Update. We both turned them down. We have a meeting next week to discuss redundancy. Also the possibillity of alternatives.to redundancy.0
