Travelodge Half term sale - rooms from £15

What's the deal

Budget hotel chain Travelodge is offering a large number of Supersaver rooms in all its hotels at £15 over half-term. Rooms are available between 8 and 25 February and must be booked by 4 February. Usually these rooms retail up to £80 but this is reportedly part of a price war it is having with Premier, so take advantage

What are Travelodge rooms like

They're clean and functional, and do the job. This is about the eight h'travelodge deal' that MoneySavers have jammed in and there's usually extremely good feedback from those who've taken part, though there are some concerns it has a deliberate 'overbooking' policy, but most MoneySavers don't report problems

What you need to do

Use Travelodge's room search to find a hotel and date available.

Travelodge T's & C's

Supersaver rooms are pre-pay and non-refundable.

You must book at least 21 days before arrival.

Between 8th February - 25th February - some rooms in certain travelodges are only £15 per room. Thought this might be useful for anyone with kids or wanting to take a short break!

I get this problem if I only look at the London area. Click on the `view all hotels` link instead and you should be ok. But, there are no rooms in London on the 16th at the moment.

I've booked a double room in Hastings for Tuesday February 6 and now cannot use it as we have changed our plans.

Can anyone use it, it's non-refundable and I hate to see something go to waste. Free to good home.

It's not just the half-term week. I have booked a cheap £15 room a night for 5 nights in middle of May, and also have quite a few £15 and a couple of £26 rooms in Scotland and North Yorkshire for the middle of June.

Having seen elsewhere how they double book rooms as 'standard' I am not sure I'd risk booking with them again - especially as I am going to be travelling with kids. We did stay with them last year (before I knew this) and as they had no restaurant offered us their 'complimentary breakfast bag' - at a cost of £4 each. I thought complimentary meant free?? We said no!

A little tip if you are staying at the Covent Garden lodge. Benjy`s at the top of Charing X rd do a nice bowl of porridge and syrup for 99p. Still hot when you get back to your room so you can enjoy it with your own coffee. Their sarnies also start at 99p ( unless they went up after Xmas).
