Just had a phone call from candis - anyone else received one?

A guy called seeing if i wanted to sign up to their win 24 . Where they enter comps for you.

I did say no as I wanted to look at what it was before doing that and turns out you have to pay £2.74 a week :rotfl:

He didn't mention that on the phone.

I just got that call. Said no then hung up.

I had the call too, but was trying to put the kids to bed so said it wasn't a good time. At least I know if they ring back to just say I'm not interested.

I just received the call, advised young girl l can do my own competitions thankyou.
To be honest got excited thought she called to say l had won prize (wishful thinking):rotfl:

Yeah, I had one too... hubby2be took call though... so when they phone back i'll know to say no!

I had a call too but didn't answer it in time, googled the number and it was Candis, thanks for your posts because I will be prepared now if they ring again tomorrow

I got one too. Said they could enter me in so many thousand comps a year, i said no i prefer to enter them myself. They kept nagging on saying how great the prizes can be, and how much time it will save me in entering my online comps, i said no, im not wasting my money on something i can do myself

I haven't had a call yet, but i'll be ready now, had a run in witha candis rep the other week got really nasty with the other half, but thats another story.
I enjoy entering the comps myself, winning anything is a bonus, you wouldn't have a clue at what sort of comps they were entering you into ( i very rarely do holiday comps or festival ones) takes most of the fun away anyway.
I did think though, that a lot of competitions now disqualify entries that have been entered by this method? or have i dreamt that? :think:
