I have my ESA tribunal appeal next week and have a few questions. I was wondering if someone could help with the answers.
- What is the point total required to stay on ESA?
- Will the decision be given there and then?
- If I fail the appeal can I re-apply for ESA? If yes, can I apply immediately and for the same condition?
Thank you for reading I would appreciate as much feedback as possible.
Thanks

You need 15 points to qualify for the work-related group.
You need to match one (or more) of the descriptors to get the support group.
Yes, the decision is given then.
If you fail, you cannot apply for ESA with the same condition within 6 months of the determination that you were not fit for work.
So, if they said your benefit was stopping in March, you can apply again.
You can apply again immediately if there is a change in your condition.0
