Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone has had any luck contacting them without writing or phoning?

I used to be able to email, but they won't allow this anymore.

They would get a million irate emails a day if they had that facility.

They would also be able to cull jobs as you would not have to repeat everything for the n'th time to yet another assistant but they would have to shoulder some personal responsibility and take ownership of a problem, which is way over their desire threshold.
