Should I pay Key Financial Claims
Comments

I thought i would be able to get out of paying the service charge, so did the usual 'turning off my phone' and changing numbers, also ignoring various letters. A company called MOTOR MILE FINANCE visited me at work and at home (which was very embarrasing) and increased the service charge to three times as much. I suggest paying the service charge as soon as the money comes through, for as my solicitor pointed out i signed a legally binding contract and was liable for further action to be taken. Has anyone else had any dealings like this?0

Are you willing to pay the court costs that the OP will suffer for following your advice?
Did you really register on the board to respond to a thread that is over a year old to post something that is really silly for the OP to do?
By the way, it is they're and not there. Plus, most claims companies employ students, mums etc and couldn't be further from suited professionals.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
