Flux Direct Free insurance ?

I earlier went onto flux direct to obtain a quote for car insurance and as the prices where higher than what i have already had decided against it .

2 Hours later i have received an email from them offering me fully comp insurance at £00.00p Annual premium . Obviously this cant be right but even when i press buy now it still comes up as £00.00p .

What is going on should i be cheeky and take out this ?

Should of added if all went through and at no cost . Would i be insured and when the insurance company realize their mistake can they retract the agreement or would it come under false advertisement .

When this was realised, the contract would be voided from inception as there is no consideration - for a contract between parties to be valid, there has to be consideration (something of value given by both parties). The insurers are agreeing to underwrite any claims and that is their side of the agreement, you would need to pay something to then provide your consideration to the contract.

That's just the legal side without going into the terms and conditions of the policy (them being able to cancel it etc etc).

definite bug in their site I should say, I got similar email "ANNUAL PREMIUM £0.00 " in similar circumstances today
