Help needed- ebay fees problem!

Hi
I paid my ebay fees on the 12th january, and got another alert today. I checked my paypal acc, and it has paid them with an e-cheque from my bank, so won't clear till tomorow or friday.
Meanwhile, they think i haven't paid them, and keep sending alerts, and have placed restrictions on my account.
The trouble is, i now can't bid on anything till they're paid....
I am watching an item I have searched for for months, and there is only one on ebay, and it ends tomorrow early morning
!I have made a bid, but can't re-bid if i am outbid.
Is there anything I can do?
I emailed ebay twice today, and had no reply.
I tried to set up another ebay account, but maybe because the address was the same, not sure, but it wouldn't let me verify another account.
can anyone advise please??

Open a new eBay account using a relative's address and bid on the item that way. You might even be able to claim cash back if you went through Quidco or similar!Quidco savings: £499.49 tracked, £494.35 paid.0
