Hi All,
This thread shows the dangers of making malicious comments!
Think I agree with the site to grass them up.

Interesting. Personally I think people should be allowed to post what they believe about companies on forums and remain unknown and the forum ownder not get in trouble for it.
If I think a company is **** I will tell someone its ****.
If I think a company is ran by a bunch of ******** then I will say its ran by a bunch of *********.
I am a computer geek by trade and I am a moderator onb a technical forum where people come to us with allsorts of issues. I am specifically in the hardware department.
I know what company makes the best power supplies and what company makes the best ram. If someone buys a crap power supply I will tell them its crap and the reason for it. If any of the companies see my posts that say their equipment is ***** I would offer them to prove it.
You cant really slander if its the truth.
I would also tell the judge to kiss my **** if he tried that crap with me.0 -
What if it isnt the truth though?
If you tell malicious lies I think it entirely appropriate that you get sued. I think it is called libel or defamation?
Wouldnt recommend saying that to a judge. Think that is called 'contempt'.
