  • I am AWARE its a scam, and I will not be parting with any money and you are right - it does not make sense the fact you have to pay before you get a loan.

I'm trying to google every company before I even think of calling them. I found a website where you can give the info of scammers (a goverment body), but the internet is a big place.
  • I will give you all a loan just give me your credit card details or debit cards and I will only charge a fee of £50.

You won't trust me so why give them to other people?

And someone might not take £59 they might take all you have next time so if your bank has turned you down I'm sure others will unless its provident and at least you get robbed by them but they let you know in advance lol.
I'm not poor i'm just skint

If you cannot get a loan from the main high street banks then nobody you find on google will be a genuine lender.

How old are the problems on your file? you say it was paid off at the end of 2009/10, but defaults stay on your file for 6years from the default date, CCJs 6years from the CCJ date, not the settlement date.

Have you considered approaching your mortgage company?

You say the loan is for your roof and it is urgent, is it anything that could be taken up through your insurance?

You WILL NOT get a loan..give up before get scammed.
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

best bet is your mortgage company as a bad roof affects their security (your home) or someone else who will secure the loan on your home.

    .

it makes sense to me, they tell you you can get a loan for x amount but only if you give say £150 and you say yes sure and you have lost £150 but dont have a loan as its a scam. Multiply that £150 by 10 unsuspecting people its £1,500, 20 is £3000, 60 is £9000 so as you see its easy money if they get maybe 5 a day.

It was just an example but you get the idea.

tell them to take the fee out the loan amount
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
