Loans for everyone

Hi, new to all this so bare with me! I need a loan for £3500 for our roof (so its an urgent job), I applied for a couple online.
I had a phone call from a company called 'oans for everyone', I have not heard from this company before, anyway they asked if I had £100 in cash to process my loan. They said they would deposit my loan into my bank account either this afternoon or tomorrow and paperwork would be sent out in the post from there legal department. At the time of the call I was trying to google them but nothing come up so I just hung up on them as I was afraid it was a scam. They called on a blocked number so I havent got their number.
Has anyone heard of them? Is it a scam - it sounds like one!!

Have you applied at your own bank for a loan?
If they declined you do you know why?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I have and they said no. I know why -I was in debt BUT I paid it all off end of 2009/2010 and I was told it stays on my credit profile for 6 years! So I cant lend from any 'proper company!'0

A lucky escape there, use that as a learning process and remember that no matter what they promise, they are there to scam you.
Read what happened to this poor sap.

That poor guy - stupid aswell, but when you are desperate you will do almost anything! I'm so glad I wasnt that stupid! I have had a couple of text messages from some loan companies and I have googled them or I have called them to ask their company name (as some of them do not leave any info) so I can google them first, and its not looking good!
I cant believe these people can do this and get away with it, not sure how they sleep at night!0 -
Hi just had a message from myloan.co.uk - asking for £69.99 has anyone else heard about this people? I will not pay this amount as I know now its a scam. But are there any companies out there that does not charge a fee?!0

It's a scam. How much more obvious does it have to be?
They want you to give THEM money to give YOU money for goodness sake.0 -

Don't let desperation trick you into parting with money. ANY of these companies who want an upfront fee are scammers, crooks or maybe worse.
Would you want these people to hold your bank account details?"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0
