PPI Money still going from account.

My deadline for my PPi decision from lloyds is Friday.
Just checked my bank statement and they have taken a PPI payment today! !!!!!!?
I phoned them twice now to see if there was any update on my claim to be told it had been dealt with on the 14th sept and to call back if i'd had no letterin a week. I called back (no letter) and was told the claim had been closed down in error and was re opened on the 15th and was being investigated by someone called Dylan, who had apparently requested more information??? I was promised a call back but its not happened.
I'm really annoyed that the money has gone from my account this month (I was told not to cancel it).
I'm trying to get thru to tsb lie just now but no luck so far! Any advice?

Hi there - Im in a similar boat - lloyds have upheld my complaint, ive had my calculations and am waiting for payment - but all the time the money keeps coming out (its actually tied in with my loan). When they calculate your offer they calculate forward to "X" date (in my case October) which will include any premium up to then (even if not paid at the time the offer is sent) - or so Im told by Lloyds anyway! If there's any difference by the time I actually get paid Im assuming it will get knocked off my loan!
