I did email them, they suggested I wait a few more days as they had heard form people who had only received their vouchers yesterday even though they were posted last Monday. Hopefully it'll arrive this week 0 -

no, i did email them but id heard nothing back and it just turned up yesterday, it was recorded delivery and had to be signed for x0
