Inside of fridge always wet

Hi, I'm looking for some advice re my fridge. I had a new kitchen including a built in fridge freezer in July.
The fridge always seems to be wet = for example - the cardboard around yogurts end up soaking wet and bottles of wine are dripping in water enough to ruche up the labels.
The drain at the bottom of the fridge isn't blocked (as it's a brand new fridge), I've tried changing the settings but it makes no difference.
Thanks tia

In the past I left the door of my built in fridge open with the same result. The decor panel was not adjusted correctly resulting in the fridge door not closing fully. The slight gap allowed warm air in which condensed on the walls and products therein...... I would investigate to ensure the door is fully closed and if yes, check out the seals around the perimeter of the door, might be leaving a gap due to some manufacturing fault.
Cheers,

Our Lec Larder Fridge has a sloping plastic channel right at the back of the bottom shelf which directs condensation into the drain. We've found that if stuff gets pushed back too far into the fridge it can sit on top of this channel, causing the same problem as yours.0

Thanks both of you, I don't think it's down to these things however I'm going to keep an eye on it ( and other people living here who may be pushing food to the back or not shutting the door properly)!0
