Sorry if this has been asked before.
I claimed 8 weeks ago to the day, still no response so whats the next step.
Can I safely call them to stop the PPI (dd not want to do this originally incase it confused matters)
Do i give them a call on the status of this before I go to the Ombudsman or is it straight to them?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Tim
Just to make you aware, the FSA have given extra time due to backlogs, so it currently stands at 12 weeks, the FOS will not look into complaints until the business have had 12 weeks to investigate.
However, if you've not even received a letter to confirm they've received your complaint, I would contact them by giving them a ring.
Good luck with your reclaiming.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
