Options for scrapping a car

Options
I posted on here a few days ago about my go's corsa and the cam belt going. Turns out she hadn't got a clue what she was talking about and it isn't under warranty. Anyway, we're looking at scrapping the car now through a company called cartakeback which from the looks of it seems very good, with all good mentions on this and other forums as well as general reviews. Before we do this though, I was wondering if there were other options because of it recently having passed its MOT. It's not worth us getting it fixed but I just want to know if it's worth more somewhere else because of the MOT.

  • If the rest of its ok, Ebay it, state clearly non runner and cambelt faliure

You may well get more than scrap from some one who will repair it a hobby

Did this for a friends car that was otherwise in good nick - got more than double what scrappy offered (even after taking off ebays fees)
