AA membership up for renewal, best option?
Options
My AA membership is up for renewal in about a week. I just have the basic roadside cover, which I took out with a good cashback offer.
The best cashback I can find at the moment is the AA through Quidco, but I guess I couldn't use that even if I cancel this policy and start again?
Apart from that it looks like the RAC basic of £46, with a £18 online discount, bringing it down to £28 ...then with another £5.05 off through Topcashback.....making basic cover £22.95
Has anyone seen a better deal around? Thanks

Not sure of any other deals but make sure your AA cover isnt set up for auto renewal. If it is you will need to contact them before the renewal date, if you want to cancel.0

Green Flag are excellent and have some very good deals going."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Thanks for the idea of Green flag, they do come out cheaper, and £5.05 back with Topcashback.
Do Green Flag respond as quickly when you breakdown, being a smaller company?
*ETA* ignore me, i've just found the thread covering this in the 'insurance' section!0 -

RAC paid for with Tesco Clubcard Points. It would cost you £11.50 of Tesco vouchers to get it.0

Green Flag give you £10 if they don't get to you within one hour.
I've just used them - they recovered my caravan from Devon to Worcestershire on the back of a transporter as it couldn't be towed. They did everything perfectly and it was all arranged over the phone. Think how much that would have cost me if I'd been paying?"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. Thanks for all the information. When I called the AA to cancel, they offered me a 50% discount making the price very similar to the RAC, so I renewed with the AA.0
