• By entering the free prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.
• This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK and Eire, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and BHS Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw. Entrants under 16 must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.
• To enter you must provide us with your details online at BHS.co.uk. Prize Draw closes on 30/10/11. Only one entry per person. BHS does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.
• By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about BHS promotions, products and news. BHS complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. • 1 entrant drawn at random will be the winner of the main prize of a trip to Hong Kong and 10 entrants drawn at random will each win a goody bag. The draws will be made by an independent person within 1 week of the closing date. The winners will be notified by email by no later than 21st November 2011. BHS's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be 11 winners..
• There is 1 main prize (the "Prize") to Hong King which includes, return flights to Hong Kong for a family of four from a major UK international airport. Private transfers. 4 nights and 5 days (including breakfast) in a 4 star central Hong Kong hotel. Comprehensive travel insurance. Transfers to Macau to see where Johnny English Reborn was filmed. An evening of traditional entertainment and food at the HK Cultural Centre.
• Flights will be economy flights for four people (two adults and two children under 12 years) from London Heathrow to Hong Kong/return. Children over 12 years will pay a supplemental fee to be paid by winning family. At least one of the travellers must be 18 years old. Dates of travel must be within 12 months of winners' notification. Blackout dates (when travel cannot be taken) are 5 December 2011 to 2 January 2012; 16 April 2012 to 2 May 2012; 15 June 2012 to 1 September 2012. Travel dates are subject to availability. All members of Winner's group must travel at the same time to and from the same airports. It is the Winner's responsibility to ensure all members of their group are in possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months duration at the time of travel. It is the Winner's responsibility to arrange any and all necessary visas and transit visas if required and to pay any associated fees. Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability
• There are also 10 goody bags (the "Prize") which includes 1x Johnny English Reborn T-shirt, 1x Johnny English Reborn Camera Pen, 1 x Johnny English DVD, 1 x Mr Beans Holiday DVD, 1 x Mr Beans Ultimate Disaster Movie DVD.
• If the Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, BHS reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
• Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. BHS reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
• By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as BHS may require.
• Winner's details will be available for 2 weeks after the draw by sending a SAE to Despicable me promotion. BHS marketing department at the address below.
• BHS reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
