It Pays to speak to Operations Directors - Ebuyer

Ordered 2 items from ebuyer last thursday was dispatched at 23:00 on a thursday night good, But i wanted to cancel but was to late, Anyway order came today tried to arrange return with ebuyer, they said i would need to pay returns at my own expense after argueing for 20 min to try get ebuyer to pay they still refused.

Searched google for ebuyer numbers found a number for Operations Directors Armando Sanchez. Well he was the most helpful guy i've ever spoke to, Soon as i said i wanted to return he said we will send a truck round to collect your order lol. So he transfered me to a lady who kindle refunded me straight away and booked free collection for parcelforce to come tomorrow.

So pleased with ebuyers higher people.

But you cancelled, so why didn't you pay for return? (You must have agreed to their terms when you placed the order?)
