Where do you get your drinks from?

Most legal drinks have a much lower alcohol content than that!

70% alcohol by volume is 140% proof US system and 122.5% proof our system, what drinks are you thinking of?

The highest I've seen for sale in the UK is 57%.

BTW, It's degrees proof, not percent proof.

A cockup on my part (obviously!)
I should have stated that 70% alcohol by volume is far higher than just about all common spirits.

Can you legally post vodka from the UK to the US? Are there any laws that prohibit this?

I have googled and got mixed results :/

check online with some retailers in the USA as it may be cheaper to buy online from a USA retailer/suppier and post from them within the USA.

I have done this several times with drinks / flowers etc. to family members living in the USA
  • is anyone clearer about this than they were at the beginning?

And now all this talk of alcohol has made me really thirsty:rotfl:
