Short Break For 20 People?

A group of us are planning to go away for 3-4 days over the last Bank holiday in May. There will be 16 adults(aged between 18 and 37), and 4 children(aged between 3 and 6).
Somewhere not too far i.e. within the UK, is preferable. A shared cottage or something along those lines is also something we'd like though not essential.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where we can go, for a budget of approximately £150 per person(though obviously the cheaper the better)?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
