Hi,
Just wondered if anyone had tried to claim back PPI through Nationwide. How quickly did they reply and did you get a yes first time and how much did they pay out? Not seen much on the forum about Nationwide so would be really interested as we have just started with a claim.
Thanks

What type of PPI is it (loan, credit card, mortgage)?
Was it sold via Nationwide or a broker?

What is the reason for your claim, are you ill or have you been made redundant. You must keep up with your payments until your claim is accepted or you will damage your credit file. Remember with a loan you have to pay more or less on the day your payment is due. If your claim is backdated your loan may end up slightly in credit (which is no bad thing) but you may be able to claim back the portion of credit. Depending on the ppi you may have a 30 or 60 day waiting period.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
+ however may £2 coins I have saved in my Terramundi since 2000.

Sorry I may have misread your original post and thought you were making a claim on your insurance for illness or redundancy.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far

I have a claim with Nationwide, very good at sending holding letters and did get a letter on the 8 weeks going through my claim in great detail, they upheld 2 claims but not another 3 but the 2 upheld were the major ones so I accepted the offer.
Since then its been a little frustrating as they dont send a statement with the interest calculations and say they will send that when they send the money and having rung a couple of times they cant tell me and claim that it will take 4-6 weeks for the money to be paid, well its been 5 weeks and when I spoke to them earlier in the week they still did not know so I wont hold my breath.0 -
Hi i've just last week sent off a letter requesting a copy of the credit agreement to Nationwide. I'm claiming back PPI on my credit card which i've had with them for about 10 years. At the time i took the card they told me i had to take PPI on it. Hopefully i'll hear from them soon.0
