50k Deposit for House

This is my first post everyone, so please be gentle! I have been a lurker for a while and now have a question for you all....

Basically, my aunt died last year and left me 50k to use as a deposit on a house. I am still umming and arring over whether to buy or not, but does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to stick it for 3 months? As if I do buy, I will hope to move by April/May time.

Thanks :):):)

Open an ICEsave account immediately and you might just get three months worth of interest - about £600 give or take. You can get it immediately and that's important if you're going to put it towards a house so soon, but most saving has to take the long view.
