I requested on my acceptance payment by cheque
I got my figure letter and it said they would pay it into my lloyds account I dont have a card for it and it's dormant
I rang up and said I wanted a cheque I was asked for my new bank account details with first direct so I gave them and was told it would be paid in there.
Guess what they have paid it into the defunct lloyds account I dont have photo id to take it out of dormancy

I would email them with the details of the calls you made regarding this matter, they can usually trace the calls if you can provide the number you called from as well as dates and times.
Ask them to listen to the calls to verify what you asked them to do and explain you cannot do anything to get this money and you expect them to resolve it.
I would also cc the CEO in on your email.0 -
The email has been sent to the customer care email address and the ceo's address also forwarding the email they sent saying it would be 28 days from the date they received the acceptance form.....
