Sending a large heavy parcel to Belgium

Hi
I am new to eBay and have been asked (at this stage) whether I could post an item to Belgium .. and for how much.
What would the best option be, taking into effect the following details
Weight is just under 5kg
Box dimensions are 240 mm x 260 mm x 730 mm
The content is worth about £100
I would want the receipient to sign for the package if at all possible.

Wait for th ecourier gurus to come along and advise.
