Hi All
I passed my test last week and now looking for insurance quotes.
I am a 29 yr old male and will be driving a 2004 renault megane dynamique vvt, 1598cc petrol, 5DF, manual car.
I have been on various price comparsion sites on Admiral is coming up the best.
I going to pay the insurance in one lump sum to keep the price down.
Does anyone know of anyone who could perhaps be cheaper than Admiral?
Thanks

Give a tesco a try , Go onto ther site directly . If you have a tesco club card they knock quite a large sum off your premium .0

Excellent that did help, thanks alot.
One further question though my dad keeps saying to me though cost of insurance is important if do have an accident it helps having a good insurance comapny for service.
Anyone got any feedback on Tesco before i take the plunge?
thanks0 -
The very cheapest insurers have the strictest terms and conditions and the most woefully understaffed claims departments, which can be stressful in the event of a claim. So if you can get a policy with a more upmarket brand for a few quid extra it's probably worth it - the brand has more to lose from bad PR so they have more forigiving claims people.
No idea what Tesco are like - I think they're basically a front for RBS whose insurance arm is pretty decent as far as these things go.0
