I am so grateful to Rebecca from this company. They recently sold flex-bars via ideal world. The product is great but ideal world`s customer service is shocking. I had a big problem re delivery etc and was going round in circles when I tried to make contact with ideal world ie I was going back and forth to India and there was no personal contact re the problem. I was getting increasingly frustrated
That is until Rebecca stepped in. She has smoothed the waters for me and has been sending me lovely e mails. Today I got a call from someone in authority at ideal world and I think my problem will be solved. Rebecca did not have to do any of this but she did and I would like to thank her
The flexi bars are fantastic and really work as advertised
