    ok. so we did theletter of complaint and told them that they had 10 days to respond or it was going to the financial ombudsman


    they have refunded lots... waived the £75. admin fee but have still charged the £25 fee for something.... and the cheque is in the post. just over £200.

    just shows what a letter of complaint will do.
