Hello. I have ordered shoes from an online retailer, but i didn't been at home on time to receive and delivery service returned them back one month ago. I'm still waiting to get a refund, i sent few emails to get some info but didn't receive an answer. Any suggestions how to get money back?

Have they actually agreed to give you a refund?
I have experience with a large supermarket and when this type of thing happened, we simply waited for the customer to contact us to pay for delivery again. We didn't offer a refund as we had completed our side of the contract.0 -

But you haven't. Your contracted to deliver the goods to the customer, if the customer hasn't received the goods you clearly haven't fulfilled that.
Saying that, they would be within their rights to make a reduction to cover return costs if their terms permitted it0 -
