Hi All
Being made redundant as a saleman from 31st October this year. I have a three month notice period to work and usually have a company car.
However, the lease on the car is up on 14th October and there are no plans to replace it (obviously) so what is the legal position.
I can't "carry on" properly for three months with no car.
What do i do ???
