If you do not know which box to tick then leave it empty and explain in the text space what you have told us. However, I do agree with raachel29, you need to phrase it more clearly than you have here.

When i filled out my esa form question 15 asks can you go out alone

Generally, all of the questions that say you can do stuff are if you can do them 'repeatably, reliably, and safely'.
If you can't always go out alone, or you have problems, you should always tick 'no', and explain your problems in detail.
This is the right way to do it, as you have.

Have you not thought about claiming DLA as well as ESA on it's own isn't that much money?
Most people find that if they are unwell and can't work, they may be also entitled to more financial help from DLA.
Give it a try, it isn't means tested.

Needing support when going out qualifies you for the lower rate of Mobility.
