    They arrive within a few days - but only if you send them the barcode plus the area immediately around it to show that it came from a promotional pack.

    If you don't send that, they don't send the Koala.

    Oddly, although this is supposed to have finished, it's still producing 'winners', even now.

    We found last month that every single entry was a winner. I think they must have a vast stock of unclaimed bears, probably because it wasn't at all clear that you needed to send the wrapper in.
